Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During new collection launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within South Africa

We currently ship throughout South Africa.

Our shipping options are:

* Standard Shipping: R100 (Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days)
* Express Shipping: R150 (Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days)
* Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over R1,000

Delivery time begins once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
